Payment of your $170 assessment fee is due on the first day of each month and can be brought to the office or mailed in monthly. We do not accept post-dated checks. We also offer direct payment from your bank to ours. If you are interested in this option, click on the following link, print out the Preauthorized Assessment Payment Agreement, fill it out and return it to the office, along with a voided check. If we receive it by the 20th of the month, it can usually be activated in time for the next month's payment.
